The space
Our space is basically a mother in law suite with private enterance and small fenced yard/patio.

It is a studio with two twin beds that can be pushed together (as shown in photos) with a pillow top layer or pulled apart for separate sleeping space. Twin sheets are available in the closet or we can get it ready for you before check in, just let me know.

There is a kitchenette with sink, countertop touch stovetop, full sized fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker and dining table.

The patio is fenced and private although our well behaved yet playful dogs (2) might come try and say hello from behind the fence once or twice :)

The bathroom has a toilet, full sized shower and medicine cabinet where the first aid kit is located.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy a private gated entrance and private patio/ seating area including charcoalpit BBQ 2 chairs and side table.

First bag of charcoal is on us! Who wants to buy a whole bag if you're not staying too long??

There is free parking for 2 vehicles under the covered carport and a large driveway behind it. The side lot may also be used with pre approval and depending on the situation.
