Villarreal Villa #3

Our Home is located in a beautiful neighbored of New Braunfels where parking is never an issue and a huge front yard at your leisure.
This pretty new home sets on a lovely NorthEast corner with curb appeal, in a very quite setting. The long outside entrance is a great introduction of what my guests will experience, brand new Nest door ring, a secure combination lock that they will always feel safe and ample lighting from the street to the walkway. We offer a personal touch!!!
The space
Large Front yard, backyard space for gatherings and BBQ, spacious living room and dining area as well as open kitchen and large breakfast bar. The private bedroom is small with a comfortable queen size bed.
Guest access
Guests will access through the front entrance, with a Nest combination given right before
checkin. Guests will not have access to Masterbedroom, study, or other bedroom.
Other things to note
Host is staying on the property, guests will share the common areas , but guests have their own private room and bath.
